Information collected

SEKHEM collects information needed to process orders and support customers, including name, mobile number, governorate, delivery address, payment confirmation, order history and communications.

How information is used

Information is used for order confirmation, delivery, payments, invoices, warranty, returns, customer service, fraud prevention and legal or accounting obligations.

Marketing

Promotional WhatsApp messages are sent only when optional consent is provided. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting SEKHEM.

Retention and sharing

Order records are retained for up to five years. Necessary information may be shared with couriers, payment providers and service partners solely to complete the relevant service. SEKHEM does not sell customer data.

Receipt analysis and website analytics

Payment receipts may be processed by OpenAI to extract transfer details and flag discrepancies. AI checks do not confirm receipt of money; a person verifies the bank transaction. Upload only the receipt needed for your order. Hosting, messaging and delivery providers process the information required for their services. Anonymous first-party counters measure page views and purchase steps by day and language. They do not store visitor identifiers, full page URLs, order references or contact details. The browser Google Analytics tag is disabled. Meta Pixel measures page views and checkout openings on our homepage and product pages. For new website orders, Meta Conversions API reports one Purchase when the required advance payment is verified and the order is confirmed. The reported value is the full order value in EGP, not cash collected; the balance may still be due on delivery. Meta may receive the page URL, browser and device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers, and may associate these with your Meta account. For advertising attribution, we retain Meta browser/click identifiers, IP address and browser information with the order and share them with Meta together with the conversion time, quantity and order value. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, receipt contents or payment references through this integration. Automatic event detection and advanced matching are not enabled by our code. Meta Pixel is excluded from admin, order tracking and payment-proof pages. You can manage advertising cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through your Meta account.

To stop WhatsApp updates, reply STOP in your WhatsApp conversation. For access, correction, deletion or marketing opt-out requests, email Support@sekhem-eg.com. Records required for accounting, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained.
