2 · Use supplied anchorsThe installer must position, level, drill and secure the seat using the supplied stainless-steel anchors.

3 · Inspect before useConfirm that every fixing is secure and that the folding action moves freely before use.

Important: Hollow block, gypsum board and weak walls require an engineered reinforcement solution. Incorrect installation or an unsuitable wall is not covered by warranty.

How should SEKHEM be cleaned?

Use mild soap, clean water and a soft cloth. Avoid chlorine, bleach, acids, steel wool and abrasive cleaners.

What payment methods are available?

Choose either 25% advance by InstaPay or bank transfer with the remaining 75% paid cash on delivery, or pay 100% in advance. Transfer details are sent after order confirmation. Paymob card and wallet payments will be activated only after successful testing.

Where do you deliver?

Across Egypt: 2–4 working days in Cairo and Giza, and 4–7 working days in other governorates.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years for manufacturing defects, weld failures and folding-mechanism defects during normal use. See the full warranty policy.

How do I start a return or warranty claim?
