Shipping & Returns
Delivery
SEKHEM delivers free of charge across Egypt. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days in Cairo and Giza and 4–7 working days in other governorates.
Damaged shipments
You may refuse a visibly damaged shipment. Alternatively, retain all packaging, photograph the package and product, and report the damage within 24 hours.
Fourteen-day returns
A non-defective product may be returned within 14 days if unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Contact SEKHEM through WhatsApp before shipping. The customer bears shipping to SEKHEM and any return shipping if the return is rejected.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds are processed within seven working days after inspection, through the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds use InstaPay or bank transfer. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; non-refundable payment-processing fees may be deducted from prepaid refunds.
These terms apply subject to mandatory rights under applicable Egyptian law.
