Seller and orders
SEKHEM is the trading brand for this store. Contact the seller at Support@sekhem-eg.com or +20 127 538 9122 for business identification and invoicing information. Orders are confirmed after SEKHEM accepts them. For full advance orders, payment is verified before fulfillment.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Customers may pay 100% cash on delivery with no advance, or pay 100% in advance through InstaPay or a mobile wallet. Full advance payment details are available after order registration. An unpaid full advance reservation lasts 24 hours; after expiry, contact support before transferring. Waiting-list orders require no payment.
Installation and safe use
Installation is very easy and a guide is included. Follow the guide carefully and verify that the wall and supplied fixings are suitable before drilling. Suitable substrates include reinforced concrete, solid brick, and ceramic-covered concrete or solid masonry. Hollow blocks, gypsum board and weak walls require an engineered reinforcement solution.
Product information
The current SEKHEM foldable wall-mounted seat is manufactured from 304 stainless steel with 2 mm material thickness. The stated load capacity is up to 350 kg when installed correctly on a suitable wall with appropriate fixings. Care
Use mild soap, clean water and a soft cloth. Avoid chlorine, bleach, acids, steel wool and abrasive products.
These terms operate with the Warranty, Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies and remain subject to applicable Egyptian law.
