Seller and orders
The seller is temporarily identified as SEKHEM. Orders are confirmed only after SEKHEM accepts the order and verifies any required advance payment.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Customers may pay 25% in advance through InstaPay or bank transfer and the remaining 75% cash on delivery, or pay 100% in advance. Transfer details are supplied after order confirmation. A COD order is confirmed only after the 25% advance is verified. Card and mobile-wallet payment will be offered only after Paymob activation and testing.
Installation and safe use
Installation must be completed by a qualified professional using the supplied stainless-steel anchors. The installer must verify the wall. Suitable substrates include reinforced concrete, solid brick, and ceramic-covered concrete or solid masonry. Hollow blocks, gypsum board and weak walls require an engineered reinforcement solution.
Product information
SEKHEM is manufactured from 304 stainless steel with 2 mm material thickness. No weight-capacity figure is published until testing is completed and documented. Final dimensions will be added after confirmation.
Care
Use mild soap, clean water and a soft cloth. Avoid chlorine, bleach, acids, steel wool and abrasive products.
These terms operate with the Warranty, Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies and remain subject to applicable Egyptian law.
