Two-Year Warranty
Effective from the sales-invoice date
The warranty is activated automatically. Keep your invoice or order number.
Coverage
Manufacturing defects, weld failures and folding-mechanism defects occurring during normal use are covered for two years.
Remedy
For an approved claim, SEKHEM will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
Exclusions
Incorrect installation, unsuitable or weak walls, misuse, overloading, impact damage, unauthorized modification, normal cosmetic wear, and damage caused by chlorine, bleach, acids or abrasive cleaners are excluded.
Making a claim
Contact SEKHEM on WhatsApp first. Provide the invoice or order number, clear photographs and a short video. The customer pays delivery to SEKHEM for inspection. If approved, SEKHEM pays delivery of the repaired or replacement product. If rejected, the customer pays return delivery.
